Michael Axenrod joined the London campus at ESCP Business School in 2022 as an Assis-tant Professor of Finance. At ESCP, Michael teaches courses in finance and accounting in several programs, including BIM and MEM. In addition, he researches how financing constraints affect corporate deci-sions. Michael has presented his research output and discussed papers at several internation-al finance and accounting conferences. Furthermore, Michael has work experience in in-vestment consulting. Originally from Kyrgyzstan, Michael received his Ph.D. in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In addition, Michael holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Humboldt-University of Berlin, Germany, an M.Sc. in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics, and the CEMS MIM degree.
